Inner Source is conveniently located in the Karma Bird House at 47 Maple St in Burlington in Suite 206 on the 2nd floor.
Reserved parking is available behind the building in space #53.
Enter through the front doors on Maple St, and take the elevator inside to your left.
The Karma Bird House is a beautifully restored historic industrial building built in 1916 that has been a source of creative energy for decades. Home to a unique community of passionate and progressive small business entrepreneurs and creatives, KBH delights the senses and feeds the soul.
Plan to arrive early to enjoy all the Karma Bird House has to offer including incredible views, comfortable seating and reading areas, an art gallery, and Maglianero Cafe.
Arrival To The Studio
Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time to fill out the appropriate client form, change and prepare for the service. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.
Parking
Reserved parking is available behind the building in space #53. Additional Parking is available on Maple and South Champlain St, as well as in the Perkins Pier lot at the bottom of Maple St. Private, secure bike parking is available indoors on the 1st floor.

Cancellations
In our commitment to provide a unique and integrative massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapist’s time, we have adopted the following policies:
Cancellation Policy
At this time a credit card is not required to guarantee your appointment and reserve that time for you. However, fifty percent (50%) of the total amount of the services scheduled will be billed for clients who “no-show” or fail to cancel their reservation within a 24-hour time period. If you need to make a change to the reservation on the day of the service, such as moving the appointment time, a fee may be applied due to limited availability.
If you are booking your massage within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
As a courtesy to our other clients, appointments will be automatically cancelled 30 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival.
